Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC), Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) , and Maastricht University (UM) possess extensive experience in teaching and training activities related to CPP, ensuring the upskilling of Eratosthenes Centre of Excellence (ECoE) across different levels. Furthermore, these partners have a proven track record in research, grant proposal development, project management, and policy development and influence related to the illicit trade in cultural goods, fostering knowledge sharing among all consortium members.

Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC)
The Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC) will contribute by strengthening the ECoE's capabilities in remote sensing data collection strategies, multitemporal and multisource image analysis, and archaeological features interpretation. This will expand the knowledge base in earth observations for archaeology.
Their headquarters in Barcelona span more than 12,000 m2 including four office floors, 530 workstations, 35 meeting rooms, two training rooms, an auditorium and various meeting points to promote the exchange of knowledge among researchers. BSC hosts HPC infrastructure, including MareNostrum5, a world-class supercomputer, and laboratories equipped for the efficient organisaton of the research tasks. The project will also have access to all the equipment for remote sensing analysis, including aerial platforms for geo-data collection, geospatial databases, and state-of-the-art specialised commercial and open-source software.

Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK)
Fondazione Bruno Kessler (FBK) will support the ECoE in developing specific methods to automatically identify illegal archaeological excavations and patterns of anthropogenic interference on landscapes. This will be achieved through state-of-the-art artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms applied to 2D and 3D data.
With its 3,500 square metres of laboratories, FBK acts as a scientific and technological hub. FBK campus has the capacity to host all the events planned in REVITALISER, as well as the resources needed in terms of critical infrastructures. The FBK-3D Optical Metrology Unit maintains state-of-the-art laboratories featuring advanced equipment and software for data collection, post processing and analysis.

Maastricht University (UM)
Maastricht University (UM) will provide expertise in comprehending criminal justice responses and relevant policies and legislative frameworks, with a focus on the EU arena and the EMMENA region.
The REVITALISER project will benefit from the UM campus in Maastricht and the UM Brussels Hub. The latter is located close to the European Quarter. This inter-faculty community hub will be used to host a focused event (policy-focused activity for EU/EC) aimed at improving the ECoE’s capacity to influence policy in CPP at EU level.

Eratosthenes Centre of Excellence
A new, autonomous, and self-sustained Centre of Excellence, namely ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) has been established through the ‘EXCELSIOR’, H2020 Widespread Teaming Phase 2 project. The newly established centre has been created as a result of upgrading the existing Remote Sensing and Geo-Environment Lab, which has been operating within the Department of Civil Engineering and Geomatics of the Cyprus University of Technology since 2007.
The vision of the ERATOSTHENES Centre of Excellence is to become a world-class Digital Innovation Hub for Earth Observation, space technology and Geospatial Information and to be the reference Centre in the Eastern Mediterranean, Middle East, and North Africa.
