Work Packages

The REVITALISER Project is structured into 10 Work Packages (WPs), each focusing on different aspects of research, training, and technology for protecting cultural heritage. These WPs produce 22 key deliverables, including new tools, studies, and guidelines that support cultural property protection.

  • Work Package 1 - Management and Coordination (1st period)

    Deliverable 1.1 - Data Management Plan
    Elaboration of the Data Management Plan by M6

    Deliverable 1.2 - Mobility Management Plan
    Elaboration of the Mobility Plan in order to define the strategy for exchange of visits and secondments among institutions

    Deliverable 1.3 - Quality Assurance Plan
    Report on the Control/Quality Assurance unit for research proposal preparation, created after the ECoE staff is trained by the advanced partners and external experts on relevant topics.

    Deliverable 1.4 - Risk Management and Contingency plan
    Definition of a detailed Risk Management and Contingency plan which will be updated until the end of the project

  • Work Package 3 - Impact Maximization (1st period)

    Deliverable 3.1 -Dissemination, communication (online and offline channels), and exploitation plan

    Updated Plan for dissemination and exploitation including communication activities to implement in a period up to 4 years after the end the project.

    Deliverable 5.1 - Summer School Design Report
    Report on the training activities implemented to design summer schools.

    Report on the activities for the design of Continuous Professional Development Courses

    Deliverable 6.2 - Course handbooks
    Material and guidelines to be included in the Continuous Professional Development courses handbooks

    Deliverable 6.3 - MoU ECoE - consortium partners for Ph.D. supervision
    Memorandum of Understanding signed between the ECoE and the consortium partners for future joint Ph.D. supervision
